Remote ID Compliancy
Our team is ready to guide you through the Remote ID compliance process with the FAA or the C-class certification process in the EU. When fully integrated into the drone and Flight controller, Dronetag DRI can be used as a Remote ID enabler in EU, USA and all countries that accepts ASTM F3411 or EN 4709-002 standards.
European Union:
According to the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), all drones introduced after January 1, 2024 must meet the C-class certification standards, ranging from C0 to C6. This includes fulfilling the Direct Remote ID requirements as outlined in ASD-STAN EN 4709-002.
USA:
As mandated by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), all drones manufactured after December 16, 2022 must be equipped with Broadcast Remote ID functionality. Drone manufacturers must submit a Declaration of Compliance, indicating their conformity with the Means of Compliance ASTM F3586-22 (based on the ASTM F3411-22 standard).
Global Compliance:
Dronetag DRI can be deployed in any region that accepts the ASTM F3411 or EN 4709-002 standards. These regions include the United Kingdom, India, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, and others. Contact Dronetag for the latest information on the applicability of DRI in your target regions.
