Checking the usage

The current state of your scanning hours usage can be checked in our mobile & web app.
You can check for your Scanning Hours usage two ways:

On the home screen with the map tap on the profile card with your RIDER to get to the RIDER screen. There you can see the current state of your scanning hours usage.

Open the Profile screen and navigate to Account details card. There you can see the list of all your Subscriptions and Data Bundles.
The simple chart visualizes the usage of your scanning hours. The blue part represents the flight hours that you have used up, the grey part represents the flight hours that you have not used up yet and the green part represents the additional flight hours that you have purchased and not used up yet.
What happens when Scanning hours are used up
When you have used up all your flight hours, you will not be able to store your detections on cloud.
If you need to continue detecting, you'll need to purchase new scanning hours package or to use your RIDER with Drone Scanner app.
